This free classified site is available to any and all who wish to place a "For Sale", "For Rent", or "Wanted" ad provided they adhere to the following terms of use. But first, this site exists because of our corporate sponsors. They can afford to pay for this site because they are successful. They are successful for a reason. Please visit their sites (see the spine on the left) to learn more about them.

Now onto the terms:

1. Who can place an ad - any individual, business, organization, or other entity.
2. How much does it cost - nothing, it is free.
3. Signing Up - To place an ad, you must first create your account. Click on "Sign Up" on the spine to the left. If you have already created an account at D & D Stables, you don't need to create an account here. Just use your same account information as you use with D & D.
4. How many ads can be placed - as many as you like provided the privilege isn't blatantly abused (10 ads for the same item would be considered abusive).
5. What can be advertised - any product or service so long as it has some reasonable connection with the equine industry. We realize this can be subjective so we're not too strict about it. Something like a chainsaw, or plane tickets to the Calgary Stampede would be okay. Solicitations to join an adult web site would not.
6. Expiry - all free ads expire 21 days after they are first placed OR renewed. You can keep an ad alive indefinitely by returning to this site, going to your ad, and clicking the "Renew/Update" button.
7. Photos - each free ad may include up to 3 photos. Photos are saved as JPG images no larger than 400 by 400 pixels. Users accept the responsibility for any breach of copyright they may commit by posting copyrighted material.
8. Copy - the advertising copy consists of two parts - the header, and the detail. The header is a short description that appears in the main listings. It can be up to 100 characters long. The detail section can be as long as you like.
9. Acceptable Content - no profanity, libel, or other offensive materials. Your IP address is recorded when posting so those who would post inappropriate material may find themselves (or their parents) quite embarrassed when we make an example of them.
10. HTML Tags - You may add HTML tags in the detail of your ad but please remember that if this significantly compromises the integrity of the site, such ads will be removed without notice.
11. Removal of Ads - free ads normally expire after 3 weeks, however they are not deleted. They can be deleted or renewed by the owner. Innovation Creation reserves the right to remove any ad and any user account for any reason whatsoever with no notice.
12. Minimum Information - all ads must include a header, a contact person's name, and a phone number or mailing address.

14. Guarantee - none. Obviously it is in our best interest to keep you happy however you are using this free classified ad site at your own risk.
